The grinding and polishing machine for the panels of natural material

Grinding slide rest: made of high-quality steel on circular guideway with friction bearings. Travelling bridge of a heavy reinforced steel structure. Continuously adjustable grinding pressure. Active stone washing equipment (for each grinding phase). Automatic interval lubrication. Industrial control unit - Siemens - operation panel in the switch box that runs in parallel, Touch screen for easy programming. Monitoring of stone position and contours: The "Teach-In" (TI) system, "multi-point" - for grinding of irregular surfaces. 5 selectable grinding programs: frame, "zig-zag", longitudinal and transverse meander. 10 programs depending on the stone type ("formula" files). 25 workpieces storable into memory for one section of the grinding path. The sequence of movements between the cross slide rest and the bridge in the marginal points without transitions (without dwell times). The most important safety devices: error messages in a clear text, not time demanding search of faults. No vibrations, wear resistance, precise positioning. Quiet run and high performance. Work with thin and thick panels. It saves both the segment and grinding head, preventing the occurrence of "marks" on the material, problem free machining of the ledger stones. Individual grinding pressure according to the material class or stone hardness. It does not cause any scores/notches. Unexacting and flawless, it allows further program development. With as much as 20 "teach-in" points per one stone it allows quick handling of irregular stone shapes. You gain time since only the most important marginal/corner points need to be handled. The program sequence is selectable;, there is a correct grinding technique for each material. Each material needs correct stepping between individual phases of segment grinding, grinding pressure, amount of coolant, grinding programs, grinding speed. Always a uniformly overlapped grinding independently of the width of stone on the table. Precise stone edge transition independent of the grinding speed - this prevents scores/furrows on sensitive materials such as, for example, impale, Anröchter dolomite, etc. (no short-period, "immediate" grinding).
